One of the best, it digests quite well and does not usually give discomfort, it helps me get my daily dose of protein. I recommend starting with half a scoop and after a few days go up to a scoop, and if necessary go up to two scoops a day to see how your body responds. If you get gassy, reduce the dose or spread it out into more doses!

De los mejores, sé digere bastante bien y no suele dar molestias, me ayuda a conseguir mi dosis de proteína diaria. Recomiendo empezar con medio cachito y después de unos días subir a un cachito , y si hace falta se sube a dos cachitos al día para ver cómo responde tu cuerpo.
