Perfect for making vegan ice creams and sorbets
It is the first time I use coconut sugar and I thought I would not like it, but I loved it. I made a mango sorbet and a 99% dark chocolate and banana ice cream and they were delicious. Both with gluten-free vegetable drinks. I recommend this sugar over any sweetener. It is healthier and tastes good. From now on, it is the only sweetener I will use.
Es la primera vez que utilizo el azúcar de coco y creía que no me iba a gustar pero, me ha encantado. He hecho un sorbete de mango y un helado de chocolate negro 99% y plátano y estaban buenísimos. Ambos con bebidas vegetales sin gluten. Os recomiendo este azúcar antes que cualquier edulcorante. Es más sano y sabe bien. A partir de ahora, es él único edulcorante que voy a utilizar.

Does not sweeten much
I would have to compare with coconut sugar of another brand, but I feel that this one does not sweeten much. It does have a nice toasted coconut flavor (if you like coconut) for example in coffee but I feel that you have to put a lot of it.
Tendría que comparar con azúcar de coco de otra marca, pero siento que este no llega a endulzar mucho. Si es muy agradable el sabor a coco tostado que tiene (si te gusta el coco) por ejemplo en el café pero siento que hay que poner mucho.
