Acceptable

I have been taking it for a short time, and I have noticed slight changes, that is, it seems to have an effect, but it is complicated to do the 3 intakes with so much water and the rest of the recommendations when you are working... and you can't go to bed having just taken it... a little complicated.

Llevo poco tiempo tomándolo, y he notado ligeros cambios, es decir, parece que hace efecto, pero se hace complicado hacer las 3 tomas con tanta agua y el resto de recomendaciones cuando estás trabajando... y tampoco te puedes acostar recién tomadas... un poco complicado.
