Good for going to the bathroom

I find the results are noticeable compared to other products, very good price and good fiber intake.

Top for digestion

A great addition to psyllium husks, insulin and acacia fiber powder. For anyone who wants to do something good for their intestines.

Good taste

Good taste, but I personally did not notice much effect with this fiber. Perhaps for my case it is not the most suitable.

Buen sabor, pero yo personalmente no noté mucho efecto con esta fibra. Quizás para mi caso no es la más adecuada.

It has a very strong flavor

It has a very strong flavor, I thought it would be more pleasant but even if I mix it in yogurt or similar it is still strong.

Tiene un sabor muy fuerte, creía que seria más agradable pero aunque lo mezcle en yogur o parecidos sigue siendo fuerte.

I really liked the product, the texture is excellent and the taste is very pleasant, it really does taste like apples.

Good product, it does its job well as fiber. The flavor it has is delicious. I add it to the smoothie and it is delicious.

Fiber

I love the taste it has, it's like apple and it looks great in smoothies or wherever you put it, besides increasing the intake of fiber that always comes in handy. I will order again.

Me encanta el sabor que tiene,es como a manzana y queda genial en los batidos o donde lo pongas, además de aumentar la ingesta de fibra que siempre viene bien. Volveré a pedir.

Improves intestinal transit

I use it in the mornings along with psyllium husk and both ingredients improve my intestinal transit (I tend to be quite constipated).

Lo uso por las mañanas junto con psyllium husk y ambos ingredientes mejoran mi transito intestinal (suelo ser bastante estreñida).
