I don't love the taste but it is ground so fine that I mix it with juices and I don't feel it. As for effectiveness, well I guess there is, I'm going to keep taking it to add extra fiber to my diet and good intestinal health.
No me encanta su sabor pero está molida tan fina que la mezclo con zumos y no la siento. En cuanto a efectividad, pues imagino que la hay, yo voy a seguir tomándola para aportar fibra extra a mi dieta y buena salud intestinal.

Value for money is good, the taste is not very good but you have to take into account that it is apple fiber with no other flavorings or sweeteners or anything else, things that I appreciate.
Relación calidad precio está bien, el sabor no es muy bueno pero hay que tener en cuenta que es fibra de manzana sin más saborizantes ni endulzantes ni nada, cosas que agradezco.
