It works
The first day I took it I didn't notice any difference. On the second day neither. From the third day on, yes. It does what fiber is supposed to do. The taste is not delicious by a long shot, but it's all a matter of attitude. If you take it without expecting good taste, it's not so bad. Some people mix it with juices or yogurt, I mix it with water and that's it. I will buy it again when it runs out.
El primer día que lo tomé no noté diferencia. Al segundo tampoco. A partir del tercer día, sí. Hace lo que se supone que tiene que hacer la fibra.
El sabor no es delicioso ni de lejos, pero todo es una cuestión de actitud. Si lo tomas sin esperar buen sabor, no está tan malo. Hay quien lo mezcla con zumos o yogur, yo lo mezclo con agua y ya.
Volveré a comprarlo cuando se termine.
