A marvel. The effects are noticeable, and the taste and solubility are great. These amino acids are a must when training hard and well, the taste is good and the price is very good. I just included it in my routine, and it dilutes super easy. I'm going to try keeping it over time to see results. It can be used after strength training to recover better.
