I loved the watermelon flavor
It is perfect for increasing protein intake and dilutes very well in water. If the taste is intense or very sweet just water it down further. It dilutes almost immediately and it works very well for me. I really like this product and I add it to fruit juices so I don't have to add sweetener and add more protein. I recommend it.
Es perfecto para aumentar la ingesta de proteínas y se diluye muy bien en el agua. Si el sabor es intenso o muy dulce solo hay que aguarlo más. Se diluye casi inmediatamente y me sienta muy bien. For me 2:1:1 is fine, I have tried orange, lemon and pineapple. I liked all of them, refrain from pineapple if you don't like very sweet flavors.

I liked the results
I received it as a gift in a promotion, I used it during training, and I really liked the results so I would buy it again, I would just make a small change, I bought the Blue Raspberry flavor which despite tasting good (obviously it depends on the concentration) proved to be a flavor with little sugar, perhaps the Fruit Punch flavor would be better.
Recebi como presente numa promoção, usava durante o treino, e gostei bastante dos resultados pelo que voltaria a comprar, apenas faria uma pequena alteração, eu comprei o sabor de Framboesa azul que apesar de ter sabor bom (óbvio que depende da concentração) demonstrou ser um sabor com pouco açúcar, talvez seja melhor o sabor Ponche de fruta.
