I use them for breakfast in mug cakes, omelets, pancakes.... They are very good, and the cap that allows you to regulate the amount is appreciated. I recommend them.

Las uso para desayunar en mug cakes, tortillas, tortitas... Están muy bien, y el tapón que permite regular la cantidad se agradece. Os las recomiendo.
