HAPPY WITH ONE BUT

There are 32 egg whites, which comes in handy because I eat about 29 a week. The downside is that once opened you have to consume it in 24-48 hours, so either you leave the meals prepared or you will have to throw away more than half of the jar. It would be great if they made jars of 16 instead of 32 or if they lasted 96 hours, like some of the supermarkets...

GOOD AND CHEAP

Good option to have proteins of good biological value. In addition, they can be preserved without refrigeration if you do not open the jar.

Liquid egg whites

Clean and practical source of protein.

I find liquid egg whites super practical for everyday use. Very high protein content, no fats or carbohydrates, and ready to use. I take them both cooked and in shakes. Very convenient for those who want to increase their protein without complications. Good quality and neutral flavor.

Buena calidad y sabor neutro.

Super

Very practical product, ultra simple dosage, niquel conservation, really nothing to complain about, and it avoids waste compared with whole eggs, great value for money.

Best powder format

I prefer the powdered format because of its shelf life, since once opened it must be consumed within a few days, which is not convenient when you want to take pancakes occasionally.
