Liquid egg whites
Correct
Simply egg whites. The good thing is that they do not come refrigerated and you can store them at room temperature until you open the bottle and then you have to keep it in the fridge.

Large format
For me in particular it is too big and it spoils for me. I would prefer a smaller format perhaps 500ml.

Perfect and fresh!
Very well preserved and keep all their nutritional qualities! I used them to make egg white omelets, floating islands and I used them as a protein source in the morning before sport, it was perfect! I recommend it!

Indispensable
Always in my cupboards. moreover can be frozen. fast cooking. for me, in snack or at the time of a small hollow. even better if the packing were out of paperboard (in square form, for saving of place, storage and facility of recycling)
