Good product, bitter taste
Brewer's yeast has been essential for me for years because I have noticed that if I stop taking it, my hair falls out a lot and yet by consuming the yeast I have managed to stop the hair loss. The powdered flavor is bitter but I personally love it with yogurt, so I prefer this format.
La levadura de cerveza es imprescindible para mí desde hace años pues he constatado que si interrumpo su toma se me cae mucho el pelo y sin embargo consumiendo la levadura he conseguido parar la caída. Essential to prevent hair loss
I have been taking brewer's yeast for years and it has kept my hair from falling out. When I have interrupted the intake on a couple of occasions I have again noticed a significant hair loss, which returned to a minimum after starting again with brewer's yeast.

I know that brewer's yeast in itself does not have the best flavor, but this one in particular does not taste very good, it does not dissolve as well as I would like, but then the product itself complies and is not bad.
