Very good intra-workout

It complies, but...

Yes I have noticed that little extra energy but I also notice how I make digestion so it is not completely harmless while training, maybe take it an hour before would be a better option. It doesn't dissolve completely in water and before drinking you have to shake it. I caught the cherry flavor and it tastes like cherry.
