I noticed some heartburn in aerobic exercises or abdominal work, but I think it was because I'm not used to using intra-workout. Anyway, next time I will ask for fructose.
Bien utilizada te da un plus de energía el cual puede hacer más intensos tus entrenos, se disuelve bien, sin grumo, pero se acumula al estar en reposo al fondo de la botella y tienes que ir batiendo a cada trago. Noté algo de ardor de estómago en ejercicios aeróbicos o en trabajo abdominal, pero creo que fue por no estar acostumbrado a utilizar intraentreno. De todas formas para la próxima pediré fructosa.
