Effectiveness
I have BPH and since I have been taking nettle extract, the symptoms have improved a lot. It is not a panacea but, in my case, it helps.

Ideal for urinary and prostate problems.
Ideal for not having to resort to pharmaceutical products and their annoying side effects (retroejaculation among others) for mild prostate and urinary problems. It increases the power of the stream when urinating and reduces the constant sensation of wanting to urinate. It has worked for me with one capsule a day for 15 days alternating with 10 day rest periods.
Ideal para no tener que recurrir a los productos farmacéuticos y sus molestos efectos secundarios( retroeyaculacion entre otros) para los problemas leves de próstata y orina. Aumenta la potencia del chorro al orinar y reduce la sensación constante de querer orinar. A mi me ha funcionado con una capsula al día durante 15 días alternando con periodos de descanso de 10 días.
