I bought the fruit punch flavor and I hate it so much. I use this pre-workout for days when I'm running late to the gym and don't want caffeine, but it doesn't feel as good as the one with caffeine.

Very good pre-workout without stimulants especially when you train in the evening so it does not affect your sleep. Also the flavors are very good. Although it does not contain stimulants it prepares the body very well for the session.
Muy buen pre-entreno sin estimulantes sobre todo cuando entrenas a la tarde noche y así no te afecta al sueño. Además los sabores están muy bien. Aunque no lleve estimulantes te prepara muy bien el cuerpo para la sesión.

Great taste, easy to take, few effects
The fruit punch flavor is undoubtedly the strong point. However, even though the taste is excellent, if it doesn't produce the desired effects, it's of little use. I felt a boost 20 minutes after taking it, but the effects quickly wore off. It leaves something to be desired.

Great effect.
This is the first pre-workout I've used and I've been surprised by the effects. I used it for a bike training and from the beginning I noticed more fluidity in pedaling and less fatigue in areas of higher intensity. I would use it again. As a side effect when taking it I noticed a tingling in my arms, but it went away soon after. Because of the (b-alanine).
Es el primer pre entreno que uso y me han sorprendido los efectos. Lo use para un entreno en bici y desde el inicio note mas fluidez en el pedaleo y menos fatiga en zonas de mas intensidad. Lo volvería a usar. Como efecto secundario al tomarlo note un hormigueo por los brazos, al poco se me fue. Por la (b-alanina).
