Punchy taste
Tried this day before training. Added ALCAR powder to replace the caffeine. It tastes great and makes you want to take it, which is something. It's still early days, but the muscles have warmed up more than usual. Very satisfied so far.
Essayé ce jour avant l'entrainement. Ajouté de l'ALCAR en poudre pour remplacer la caféine. Le goût est très bon et donne envie de le prendre, c'est déjà ca. Il est encore trop tôt mais les muscles ont chauffé plus que d'habitude. Très satisfait jusque là.

A pre-workout that I recommend taking with plenty of water and cold. The blackcurrant flavor is pretty good, energy without overdoing it, for any time of the day. It smells better than it tastes, you need plenty of water and cold for a pleasant taste. It does not give a sensation of acceleration.

I like that it has sodium bicarbonate (provides good congestion) and minerals for good hydration apart from creatine. Just add some bcaa powder and Pre workout perfect. There should be formats of other sizes
