It's one of the few that has sodium and potassium bicarbonate, it's one of the few things, along with creatine caffeine and alanine, that has been proven to work The packaging is very good because it has easy closure, or whatever it's called. The taste...anything with bicarbonates is not easy to swallow, but as I say, it works.
