I ordered it a few days ago on the recommendation of a friend for before training. Although it is too early to evaluate it, I tried it yesterday and today and it is true that I feel more energy. I took the peach iced tea Saturday and I drink it with lots of water and 2 ice cubes.

Good pre-workout without caffeine
As for the flavors I have to say that I don't really like them, the one I like the best is the peach iced tea flavor, with very cold water I even start to like it. As for effectiveness for not having caffeine, it's great, as a downside I would say that many times it gives me problems in my guts and it releases me... I think it's because of the bicarbonate.
En cuanto a los sabores he de decir que no me acaban de gustar, el que me tomo mejor es el de sabor a té helado de melocotón, con agua muy fría hasta me empieza a gustar. En cuanto a efectividad para no llevar cafeína va de lujo, como pega pondría que muchas veces me da problemas en las tripas y me suelta... creo que es por el bicarbonato.
