Difficult to tell if it works

I bought this product after some friends talking of its great results in decreasing fatigue and feeling stronger in their workouts. For me, after a month of taking it, is difficult to tell if it actually helps. I do feel improvements in my performance and I sleep better, but it could be related to my training and other habits I have been implementing.
