Good product

Good product to avoid catabolism. Perfect to take when you have an injury or when training is reduced to avoid losing muscle mass and in times of training along with creatine, to increase muscle mass. I have been taking it together with creatine for 4 years, in periods of 3 months and 1 break. I combine this calcium HMB, with free acid HMB, it is a pity that I have it in that format, because greater effects are noticed. Good product in general

Buen producto para evitar el catabolismo. Perfecto para tomarlo cuando se tiene una lesión o cuando se disminuye el entreno para no perder la masa muscular y en épocas de entreno junto con creatina, para aumentar la masa muscular. Yo llevo 4 años tomándolo junto con creatina, en periodos de 3 meses y 1 descanso. Combino este HMB de calcio, con HMB de ácido libre, es una pena que lo tenga en ese formato, porque se notan mayores efectos. Buen producto en general

Placebo or not

I've been taking it for a month and a bit and I can't really say how effective it is, maybe I notice something in terms of recovery from workouts but nothing else.
