I have used ecdysterone on two occasions, when I take it I raise the protein to 2.5-3g/kg of weight, I leave the fats low and with a caloric deficit I always notice a body recomposition even if they are in different contexts. In my opinion I think that the product helps me a lot to achieve this goal.
