Not very effective for me
It was bought to test it and I think it must be accompanied by other habits for it to take effect, it is simply a companion not a sleeping pill, like a melatonin pill, but with the characteristic seal of HSN, if it will help you fall asleep but it will not knock you down, especially if you are a big person.

Although the composition is good, I prefer the presentation in RAW format, however it is still a good product and more complete than taking melatonin alone.
