I cannot yet confirm that it works 100%, as I have only been using it for a few days and so far I have no symptoms of fatigue or similar.

Meets expectations
After some time testing them I can say that they do help a lot to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, although in my case it has not helped me to maintain uninterrupted sleep, as I kept getting up at night and it was difficult to fall back to sleep. I have also been trying extended release melatonin and have had better results.
Después de un tiempo probándolas puedo decir que sí ayudan bastante a reducir el tiempo que uno tarda en dormirse, aunque en mi caso no me ha servido para mantener el sueño sin interrupciones, ya que me he seguido levantando de noche y me ha costado volverme a dormir. También he estado probando la melatonina de liberación prolongada y he obtenido mejores resultados.
