I am celiac and I appreciate that they have products like this for people with intolerances like me, it has a good percentage of protein and dilutes quite well. I ordered the strawberry flavor and it is very good. I recommend it.

I alternate strawberry and chocolate so I don't get tired of it. The Caramel one tastes extra sweet to me. The Vanilla one is fine. The change is very noticeable. Really. Zero lumpy and with creatine and bcaas.

I like the composition it has and it dilutes well, but it remains sandy to the touch. Despite that it tastes a lot like soy, it reminds me of strawberry Alpro but in a drinkable format.
