... but it has one major drawback: since it's an herbal tea, even if it makes you sleepy, after a while—whether you want to or not—you'll wake up needing to pee! That's why I think the pill form might be better. On the other hand, it dissolves easily and has a pleasant taste, though it’s perhaps a little too sweet for my taste. If you like drinking herbal tea before bed, it’s fine.

... pero tiene una desventaja importante: al ser en infusión, aunque te induzca al sueño, al rato, quieras o no, ¡te despiertas haciéndote pis! Por eso creo que puede ser mejor el formato pastilla. Por otro lado, es fácil de disolver y el sabor es agradable, aunque quizá demasiado dulce para mi gusto. Si te gusta tomar infusión antes de dormir, está bien.
