It worked for me. I took it before going to sleep and I got sleepy. I have to say that I usually find it hard to sleep but I slept straight through. I slept deeply. It is the first night I try it. I recommend it. The taste is very good. It is like a tea.

The product is fine, it does its job, but it is not obvious at first glance that there are so few doses. Since it is in powder form and the name of the product is the same as the pills, I thought it would save me money, but it is not. It is still effective but only a few doses.

Apart from helping you to fall asleep, I notice that it makes you sleep deeper, so you rest more and better. If you add an extra 1g of powdered magnesium and 1 or 2 g of powdered glycine, it doesn't even wake you up with an earthquake.
