The composition is good
The product is very effective. For my taste, the previous cocoa flavor was awesome. This new tea flavor doesn't hook me. I would rather have a choice, the tea one I won't buy again, I can't handle it.

Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and I just take this and in 20-30 minutes I'm fast asleep. I don't really like the taste. And the powder smells like qlo. But it has very good ingredients and good effectiveness.
