Pumpkin seed flavor
I use it mainly to thicken sauces, like other proteins I have been using, and well, it thickens quite a lot and leaves a pumpkin seed aftertaste that I find quite pleasant. I don't think it is the best protein to make sweets, desserts, or to take in a shake, but it is interesting for stews and creams.

It is a very interesting protein. It has some flavor of its own but it is pleasant. Perfect to complement creams, broths and smoothies, even for pastry doughs. Good protein to mix with other legume proteins.

Very complete vegetable protein.
I opted for this option that I mix in my daily fruit smoothies to reach the necessary daily protein intake (I am unable to get 2 eggs at 6:30 am). Pumpkin seed is also very complete in terms of amino acids. I can't tolerate Whey protein due to hormonal acne and this option works very well for me.
