Too much caffeine
I don't know whether to say that it works or not, but of course be careful with the daily dose if you combine it with coffee/tea because it hit me so hard the first day that I have limited its use to midday. Does it help you to focus? Yes, without a doubt. But I don't know how much of it is from the active ingredients and how much from the caffeine. In any case, I give it a negative rating because if you focus on a formula with excitants I can no longer use it as I would like to (morning and evening) and other nootropics such as those of other brands do not contain caffeine. In the end with one capsule of hsn's Nootropic at noon and one capsule of Ginkgo Biloba in the afternoon I am performing very well but the result or use has not been what I expected.
No sé si decir que funciona o no, pero desde luego ojo con la dosis diaria si lo combinas con café/té porque a mí me pego tan fuerte el primer dia que he limitado su uso al mediodía. Te ayuda a centrarte? Si, sin duda. Pero no sé cuanta parte es de los principios activos que lleva y cuanta de la cafeína.
En cualquier caso le puntúo de forma negativa porque si te centras en una fórmula con excitantes ya no puedo usarlo como me gustaría (mañana y tarde) y otros nootropicos como el de otras marcas no llevan cafeína. Al final con una cápsula de Nootropic de hsn al mediodía y una de Ginkgo Biloba por la tarde estoy rindiendo muy bien pero el resultado o uso no ha sido el que esperaba.

Cómo bien indicas lleva cafeína junto con otros potenciadores de la concentración y el estado de alerta. También tenemos otros productos que encajan con la forma de uso que mencionas pero son "distintos".
