I bought it because another format with high DHA concentration was out of stock. This one is not as high but it provides me with a sufficient dose.

I switched to the premium, it has very high values and one capsule makes me feel bad. With the amount of the premium I do better.

On the recommendation of my physio I bought it and I like it better than the one I bought before. The pearls do not break and do not leave a fishy taste or smell. They do not look big and they carry the IFOS seal, which is very important. I will buy again.

I've been taking Omega 3 for many years. I used to take another brand, but I switched to this one from HSN. You have to be careful with Omega 3. Not all brands are reliable, and most are not, because they don't contain alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid correctly, or at all. They use hydrogenated oils and other substances.
Eu tomo Omega 3 há muitos anos. Antes consumia de uma outra marca, mas passei a usar esta da HSN. É preciso ter cuidado com o Omega 3. Nem todas as marcas são de confiança, e na maioria, não é um produto fidedigno, porque não contêm ácido alfa-linolênico, ácido eicosapentaenoico e o ácido docosa-hexaenoico de forma correcta, ou mesmo, não contêm. Usam óleos hidrogenados e outras substâncias.
