Not all brands are reliable, and most are not, because they don't contain alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid correctly, or at all. They use hydrogenated oils and other substances.
Eu tomo Omega 3 há muitos anos. Antes consumia de uma outra marca, mas passei a usar esta da HSN. É preciso ter cuidado com o Omega 3. Nem todas as marcas são de confiança, e na maioria, não é um produto fidedigno, porque não contêm ácido alfa-linolênico, ácido eicosapentaenoico e o ácido docosa-hexaenoico de forma correcta, ou mesmo, não contêm. Usam óleos hidrogenados e outras substâncias.
