I use it for pre-workout shakes and for recipes... more for the latter because I don't like the beet flavor at all, a shame because I know it's great as a pre-workout. But if you like its taste or tolerate it well, I totally recommend it.

La uso para batidos preentreno y para recetas... más para lo segundo porque el sabor a remolacha no me gusta nada, una pena porque sé que es buenísima como preentreno. Pero si te gusta su sabor o lo toleras bien, lo recomiendo totalmente.
