I take it as a nitric oxide booster and as a depurative. It dissolves easily in water. I mix it in a glass of water, with spirulina, chlorella, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon. Sweet taste.

Beet powder is of good quality. The taste is characteristic of beet. I use it mainly to add to flours when making gluten-free bread and it adds a tasty touch, as well as a reddish color. Sometimes there are a few lumps, which is the only negative aspect I can point out.
