Effective

It is quite effective, and lasts a little longer than the usual melatonin. What I don't like is the strawberry flavor.

Very good

I came from taking melatonin with mhm and this has been a good choice (although more expensive). The taste is SUPER ACCEPTABLE and the fact that it can be chewed also makes it very bearable, especially when you have 5-6 more supplements that you take in capsules. As for the effectiveness, it is true that the initial peak is weaker but I have a hard time falling asleep (and now more with a baby) during the night I get to sleep relatively soon. The price is a bit expensive

Venía de tomar la melatonina con mhm y esta ha sido un buen acierto (aunque mas cara). El sabor es SUPER AGRADABLE y el que se pueda masticar también lo hace muy llevadero, y más cuando tienes 5-6 complementos mas que tomas en cápsulas. En cuanto a la efectividad, es cierto que el pico inicial es mas flojo pero a mi que me cuesta mucho conciliar el sueño (y ahora mas con un bebe) durante la noche consigo dormirme relativamente pronto. El precio algo caro

Incredible

Very good strawberry flavor, tastes like a good candy. Incredible effectiveness, my partner wakes up at 6 a.m. and I don't even notice his alarm clock, 8 hours of full sleep!

A bombshell

At home we use melatonin several people, I discovered these from HSN and unlike other melatonins they are the best. The cream-strawberry flavor make them spectacular They do their egregious job and unlike those of other brands they are exceptional at the task they do. Taken 30-60 minutes before bedtime, and immediately you fall into the arms of Morpheus, which did not happen with those of other brands. Few or no awakenings at night because of the sustained release and in the morning you wake up without even needing an alarm clock What about the supplementation with Vit.B12: exceptional. Recommended

In casa utilizziamo la melatonina diverse persone, ho scoperto queste della HSN e a differenza di altre melatonine sono le migliori. Il gusto panna-fragola le rendono spettacolari Fanno il loro egregio lavoro e a differenza di quelle di altre marche sono eccezionali nel compito che svolgono. Prese 30-60 minuti prima di andare a dormire e subito si cade nelle braccia di Morfeo, cosa che con quelle di altre marche non succedeva. It's going great....the first night I noticed that I didn't wake up so many times. There are nights that I don't wake up at all and if I wake up only once. I rest more and I'm better. The taste is great I really like it

Effective

I used to take essential series melatonin 1.8 but I had to stop taking it because it was enriched with vitamin b6 and I already take another supplement with b6 and it was too much b6. That's why I decided to switch to this one. I have been taking it for a few days now and I notice that I wake up less during the night. If I wake up, it takes me less time to go back to sleep. With the regular Melatonin I would fall asleep right away but then I would wake up and have a hard time getting back to sleep. They are very tasty and easy to take. Great value for money.

Antes tomaba la melatonina 1,8 de essential series pero la he tenido que dejar porque venía enriquecida con vitamina b6 y ya tomo otro suple con b6 y era mucha b6. Por eso decidí cambiar a esta. Llevo unos días tomándolas y noto que me despierto menos durante la noche. Si me despierto, tardo menos en volver a dormir. Con la Melatonina normal me dormía enseguida pero luego me despertaba y me costaba volver a dormir. Son caramelitos muy ricos y fáciles de tomar. Relación calidad precio estupenda.
