Good product
I really liked it, I still do not notice the difference with the melatonin that I have always taken "normal release" but it still helps me to sleep much better and also with a great taste that sometimes I have to restrain myself not to take more than one.

I've only been taking these pills for a few days but they have helped me fall asleep quickly, and although I still wake up during the night (no miracles) I fall back to sleep much faster. And they are very tasty!

Great product, but does not reach 8 hours
Great product, effective, good price, and very pleasant presentation of taste. So far a 10. I have been taking the product for a week now, and it works. Sleep conception is very fast. My deep sleep has increased, and I have ratified it with the sleep monitor on my watch. It has also increased the continuity of deep sleep, something that did not happen with other melatonin presentations. So far so good. The only problem I see is that the release after the 5th or 6th hour must decrease a lot, because after that the product stops working. I am still trying one tablet daily, but I am considering taking one and a half, to get a higher peak plasma concentration. Perhaps in my case, the dose of 1.9 mg of melatonin is too low. Some advice from the experts at HSN would be great for me. I end my comment as I started: the best melatonin I have tried.
Gran producto, eficaz, buen precio, y presentación muy agradable de sabor. Hasta ahí un 10.
Llevo una semana tomando el producto, y funciona. La concepción del sueño es muy rápida. Mi sueño profundo ha aumentado, y lo he ratificado con el monitor del sueño de mi reloj. También ha aumentado la continuidad del sueño profundo, cosa que no me pasaba con otras presentaciones de melatonina. Hasta ahí todo bien. El único problema que le veo es que la liberación a partir de la 5ª o 6ª hora debe de disminuir muchísimo, porque a partir de ahí el producto deja de funcionar. Sigo probando un comprimido diario, pero me estoy planteando tomar uno y medio, para conseguir un pico mayor de concentración plasmática. Quizás en mi caso, la dosis de 1,9 mg de melatonina se queda corta. Un consejo de los expertos de HSN me vendría genial. Termino mi comentario como empecé: La mejor melatonina que he probado.
