Comfortable

Very convenient to administer. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble and since it is an oil drop (medium fat) you don't need to worry about taking it with fatty foods as it happens with capsules. I find it very practical and effective.

Muy cómoda de administrar. La vitamina D3 en liposoluble y al tratarse de gotas de aceite (medio graso) no necesitas preocuparte de tomarlo con alimentos grasos como ocurre con las capsulas. Me resulta muy práctica y efectiva.

Effective supplement to help fix calcium in bones

I purchased this supplement as part of a daily nutrition and supplementation routine to supply an adequate amount of vitamin D to my body that may not be fully covered by my diet and I believe it is being beneficial in contributing to an effective fixation of the calcium I ingest in my diet. The format in drops enhances its absorption if taken sublingually.

Necessary as much as the sun. When you don't have it then... 3 drops daily. REcommendable with Omega supplement as it is liposoluble.
