Good
It was given to me as a gift and I have just started taking it, the truth is that it is comfortable, I like the sublingual intakes because of their assimilation.

Vitamin d3
I use only 1 drop a day, I put it under the tongue, the taste is not very pleasant, but the drops do their job, I have gone from an analysis with a vitamin d deficit to having it in a normal range. The only downside is that sometimes when opening them, the cap rotates but the dosing nipple sticks and it is very difficult to open the bottle.

Necessary and at a good price
Very important supplement due to the difficulty of the body to create it by itself. Very simple and convenient dosage. I took it in a promotion and I got a great price.

Contenta
I bought it for my mother and she is happy with it. In fact, her vitamin D levels were very good in her last blood test.
