Easy to drink and the taste is not unpleasant
I have taken other formats of Vitamin D3 before and I find this one in drops very convenient. It is economical and lasts a long time. If you handle it tactfully it doesn't have to clog the dosing thread.

Prefer in capsules
The bottle is quite convenient as you only need 3 drops a day to receive your dose of vitamin, I prefer capsules as it leaves an aftertaste like popcorn in the mouth, but for those who find it hard to swallow the capsules is ideal.
