This is the first time I bought biotin from this brand. I am liking the fact that I only have to take one capsule a day. I bought it to strengthen hair, nails and skin, I have noticed an improvement in the nails, but I have not noticed anything in the skin and hair yet, even so I think I will repeat because it is very good value for money.
Es la primera vez que compró biotina de esta marca. Me está gustando que solamente tengo que tomar una cápsula al día. Lo compré para fortalecer pelo, uñas y piel decir que las uñas si he notado mejoría, en la piel y cabello aún no he notado nada.Aún así creo que volveré a repetir porque está muy bien de calidad precio.
