I'm taking glutamine for medical reasons, and honestly, even though it's been a slow process, I'm noticing an improvement and will continue to buy it. It doesn't really have a taste—or at least not an unpleasant one—and you can mix it with a protein shake or just water; I usually take it with hydrolyzed bovine collagen.

Estoy tomando la glutamina por temas médicos, y la verdad aunque ha sido lento, estoy notando la mejoría y seguiré comprándola. No tiene un sabor propiamente, o al menos no desagradable, la puedes tomar con el batido de proteínas o simplemente con agua, yo la suelo tomar con colageno bovino hidrolizado.
