A basic

I have been supplementing with omega for years, among other reasons because I hardly consume fish. This one caught my attention because of its high concentration of EPA, since I have normally taken others where what stood out was the DHA. The doses are somewhat large but personally I swallow them without any problem.

Llevo años suplementándome con omega entre otros motivos porque apenas consumo pescado. Me llamó la atención éste por su alta concentración en EPA ya que normalmente he tomado otros donde lo que resaltaba era el DHA, Las dosis son algo grandes pero personalmente las trago sin problema.

Very good product

My doctor prescribed it for me along with Vitamin D 3 and magnesium bisglycinate, and I take it every day.

Elimination of minor annoyances

Well balanced concentration - no fishy aftertaste. Pearls are easy to swallow - highly recommended.

Good product

It has the correct ratio between EPA and DHA for absorption in the body, which should be 1.5 between the two. Most products do not meet this. It is also a good amount and dosage size.

Tiene la proporción correcta entre EPA y DHA para la absorción en el cuerpo, que debe ser 1,5 entre las dos. La mayoría de productos no lo cumplen. Además es una buena cantidad y el tamaño de la dosis.
