You have to know what to buy. It has a very strong flavor but a high protein content. I mix it with the chocolate flavored pea. 3 parts pea to one part rice. If you add too much it spoils flavor and texture, if you don't like the taste add unsweetened cocoa.
Hay que saber que se compra. Tiene un sabor muy fuerte pero un alto contenido en proteína. La mezclo con la de guisante sabor chocolate. 3 partes de guisante por una de arroz. Si añades mucho estropea sabor y textura, si no te gusta el sabor añade cacao sin azúcar.

It seems to me a good product to mix with other vegetable proteins and thus obtain a complete aminogram. The only problem is the taste, since it tastes horrible, it would be perfect to get a chocolate flavor as good as the chocolate pea protein.
