I use this product every day in the morning and after physical exercise (cycling). I have to say that my body assimilates it very well, no tummy aches or anything like that. Very satisfied. The price varies, so if you buy it at the right time the better. Keep an eye on the Milk Protein Isolate because it is also another option, even better depending on the price.

I bought it unflavored to try it out. The result has been very good, since apart from making the shake with the protein and with water or milk I can make other types of recipes without taking away the flavor of the other ingredients.
