I take neutral-flavored protein because I don't like sweetness and the truth is that, dissolved in water, I don't even realize I'm taking it. I have been taking it for a few years now and, despite my 51 years of age, I still maintain muscle mass. Highly recommended for athletes and women over 50. On the downside, too much plastic packaging for 500mg of protein.
Tomo proteína de sabor neutro porque no me gusta el dulce y la verdad es que, disuelta en el agua, ni me doy cuenta de que la estoy tomando. Hace ya unos años que la tomo y, a pesar de mis 51 años, aún mantengo masa muscular.

The unflavored version dissolves very well in water and can be mixed with anything. It does not form lumps or stain when pouring it into the shaker. For me the perfect protein supplement and at a good price, especially if you are on the lookout for a good deal.
