It is well

Good post workout recovery. I used to buy it from another brand but they stopped making it. Thanks to that I discovered HSN and they already have a new customer for life.

Buen recuperador post entrenamiento.

A medias....

I bought it for my husband, because he has a hard time meeting his HC needs in volume phase. He doesn't like the taste or the texture, although it gives him the kcal he needs.

Good carbohydrate

I mix it in the shaker with the protein and the truth is super good, I buy it unflavored so that it does not modify the taste of the protein. It doesn't upset my stomach and it's light, so I recommend it.

Ideal

I take it before going to the gym and the energy I have in the gym is much higher than when I did not take it. It is a good product that I recommend for all those who want to train with more energy and vitality.

Energy

I take it to increase the daily kcal and it dissolves very well. As against the taste is not very pleasant but eventually you get used to it.

Good

It has no flavor so it is good for use in smoothies or milk as it does not modify flavors.
