Luxury

Before I used oatmeal with the post shake, my new trainer put it on me and the truth is that digestion is perfect and fast, good way to get fast hydrates after training.

Fairly well

It's pretty good, I recommend getting it neutral and mixing it with protein and taking it after training.

Correct

In my case I use it in a pre-workout shake and if I notice an extra, perhaps what I like the least is that it brings a certain flavor that in my case is somewhat unpleasant.
