Necessary supplement if prone to cramps and for relaxation
I have been taking this magnesium for some time now and it is going very well. It helps me to rest and find myself more relaxed muscularly as I had numerous night cramps that are disappearing. Good formulation if you are a bit affected by magnesium citrate and very comfortable to take.
Llevo un tiempo tomando este magnesio y me va muy bien. Me ayuda a descansar y encontrarme muscularmente más relajado ya que tenía numerosos calambres nocturnos que van desapareciendo. Buena formulación si te afecta un poco el citrato de magnesio y presentación muy cómodo de tomar.
