Good product for cardiovascular health
Normally I used to take the Omega-3 whose dosage I had to take 3 capsules a day and it was heavier. However, taking the ultra-Omega-3 allows me to take the same amount in a single dose, which is more convenient and lasts longer in the long run. The effects are good although I can't say concretely how it has improved. Knowing that its effect is to improve cardiovascular health is great.
Normalmente tomaba el Omega-3 cuya dosis tenía que tomar 3 capsulas diarias y se hacía más pesado. Mientras, tomar el ultra-Omega-3 me permite tomar la misma cantidad en una sola toma siendo más cómodo y a la larga dura más.
Los efectos son buenos aunque no sabría decir concretamente como ha mejorado. Sabiendo que sus efectos es la mejora de salud cardiovascular pues es estupendo.
