Essential for people over 50 years of age

Just what I was looking for
It has everything I was looking for in an OMEGA 3. The IFOS seal which gives me peace of mind, a considerable amount of OMEGA 3 with a correct ratio of DHA and EPA fatty acids. And all that for a very reasonable price. It seems to me one of the best options on the market.
